Commercial Buildings

We have separated the Main Commercial Building into two areas labeled Commercial One and Two. We have done this in order to identify that we have two different types of set-ups (see below). Due to demand for increased vendor space, HamCation® has reopened the Crafts building as an expansion of our Commercial Two venue. To avoid confusion we call this area Commercial Three.

We do not require our "Commercial" Vendors to purchase admission tickets for the show (If you wish to participate in the prize drawing, tickets are available for purchase). We provide 2 "Commercial Vendor Badges per booth (additional people in the booth will be required to purchase a HamCation® ticket).

Commercial One

Each booth is 10 feet long and 10 feet deep with commercial draping. Included are two 8-foot tables, two chairs, 40-inch sign with your company name, 120 VAC / 500 watt power 24-hour security.

Commercial Two

Island of 4 or 6 Tables (and Multiples thereof):

Consists of four, six or more tables draped and arranged in a square or long rectangle, (no backdrop draping), two chairs, company sign, 120 VAC / 500 watt power, 24-hour security.

Commercial Three

Six Islands of 11 tables plus various islands of 2, 3, 4 and 5 tables are available.

Tables are draped, (no backdrop draping), two chairs, 120 VAC / 500 watt power, 24-hour security.

Advanced Shipping and Staging

We are working with our vendors to provide the most economical way to advance ship and store your displays. Exhibitor kits will be mailed in January 2012 with the appropriate shipping information for advanced shipping.
